Registration and purchase of our services and products
When you purchase a product from Wisdom From North, you agree to have your name and email address registered so that Wisdom From North can send you emails with notifications and updates.
When you purchase a product or service from Wisdom From North, we register the contact details necessary to deliver the product and document the purchase.
When you log in to the site, a cookie is stored in your browser. This is so that you have access to courses and membership while you are logged in. This cookie is individually linked to you, and some of your activities will be tracked.
Credit card information is not stored with Wisdom From North.

Cancellation and refund policy
Monthly subscription
With a monthly subscription, you can stop the automatic renewal at any time. You must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for a new month.
To cancel: log in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner, select "Settings" → "Billing", click the three dots next to your subscription, and select "Cancel subscription". Questions can be sent to team@wfn.no.
No refunds are given for a monthly subscription, as you get immediate access to the content upon purchase. We clearly describe what the membership includes on the sales page. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact team@wfn.no.
6-month subscription
As a new 6-month member, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you wish to use the right of withdrawal within 14 days, you must either use the standard cancellation form or send an email to team@wfn.no. No other email address will be accepted.
We will refund the amount, excluding Stripe fees. Please note that any promised bonuses will not be delivered if you cancel within 14 days.
The 6-month subscription renews automatically after 6 months. If you wish to stop the renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date via "Settings" → "Billing".
Our guarantee at renewal: If you were not aware that your subscription had renewed, we offer a refund, excluding Stripe fees, if you contact us within 14 days of the renewal date. Send an email to team@wfn.no.
Annual subscription
As a new annual member, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you wish to use the right of withdrawal within 14 days, you must either use the standard cancellation form or send an email to team@wfn.no. No other email address will be accepted. We will refund the amount excluding Stripe fees. Please note that any promised bonuses will not be delivered if you cancel within 14 days.

Online courses with a specific start date
For module-based online courses with a specific start date (the date on which the course officially starts), there is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you can send us an email at team@wfn.no or use the standard cancellation form. We will refund the course fee, excluding Stripe fees, provided you notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. Please note that by using your right of withdrawal, you will immediately lose all access to the course content and any specified Facebook group.
"Evergreen" online courses
For module-based online courses where you get immediate access to the content upon purchase, referred to as "Evergreen online courses", we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that if, within 14 days from the date of purchase, you wish to cancel because the course did not meet your expectations, we will refund your course fee, excluding Stripe fees. If you wish to use this guarantee, you can send us an email at team@wfn.no or use the standard cancellation form. Please note that by cancelling, you will immediately lose all access to the course content and any specified Facebook group.
Other individual digital products and services
For purchases of an individual class, LIVE classes, webinars, masterclasses, LIVE meditations, or meditation bundles where you get immediate access to the content or where the class is broadcast LIVE, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal when you accept our terms and conditions on this page.
We describe what you will receive from a specific individual class, LIVE classes, webinars, masterclasses, LIVE meditations, or meditation bundles on the sales page or product page before purchase. This will give you a full understanding of what to expect. If you have questions, you can contact team@wfn.no before purchasing.
Access to our products and services
Membership
You get immediate access to the membership content upon purchase. Access lasts as long as you are a paying subscriber.
Upon cancellation, you retain access for the remainder of the current subscription period, after which you will lose access to the membership portal and all content.
Online courses, classes and other products sold through this website
For some courses, you get access to one module per week or per month from the course start date. Most courses and the meditation bundle are available immediately upon purchase.
When purchasing an online course, webinar, meditation bundle, individual classes, or other services and products we offer, you have access for one year from the date of purchase.
You have access to the dedicated time of your purchased product, as long as the services and products are available and offered through Wisdom From North AS. This means that if we decide to take down the website or close some or all of our services for any reason, you no longer have any claim to the product(s) or service(s).
If you have purchased an online course, a class, a webinar, a meditation bundle, or other services we offer through instalment payments, you will lose access if all payments are not completed. If all payments are completed, you will have the same access as customers who have paid in full.
When purchasing a LIVE class or LIVE meditation, you will receive the recording by email afterwards, with 3 months of access.
Use of meditations in products with downloadable meditations
You are free to download the meditations included in the meditation bundles and use them for personal use.
It is strictly prohibited to use these meditations for commercial purposes. This is for personal use only.
